1. Who we are
These terms govern your use of CTA Thrive Coach operated by CTA Thrive Coach
(“we”, “us”). By creating an account you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not create an account.
2. Your account
You must give accurate details and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity
under your account. You must verify your e-mail address before your account can be used. Tell us at
info@ctathrivecoach.co.za if you believe your account has been accessed
without your permission.
3. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no unlawful content, no attempts to gain unauthorised access, no disruption
of the platform or other users, and no sharing of course material you are not licensed to share.
4. Programmes, payments and refunds
Where a programme carries a fee, the amount and any refund terms are shown before you pay. Access to
paid material may be withheld until payment clears.
5. Your data
We collect the details you give us at sign-up and registration, and use them to operate your account,
deliver the programmes you enrol in, and contact you about them. We do not sell your personal
information. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by
contacting info@ctathrivecoach.co.za.
6. Intellectual property
Course materials, blueprints and content remain our property or that of our licensors and are provided
for your personal study only.
7. Availability and liability
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. To the extent permitted
by law, our liability is limited to the fees you have paid us.
8. Ending your account
You may close your account from your settings at any time. We may suspend or close an account that
breaches these terms.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified and will require fresh acceptance.
